Vitamin D through diet? I don?t want to eat that much! Obesity is BAD for your health. I agree with a balanced diet (everything in moderation). I don?t agree with abstaining from UV (which is natural), & eating excessively or taking drugs & supplements to make up for it!
Getting vitamin D the natural way (through moderate sun exposure), is GOOD for you!
